No. Actual liquidation depends on mark price, tiered maintenance, funding, fees and the exchange engine.

How is ROE calculated?

Estimated PnL divided by initial margin, multiplied by 100.

Why is high leverage sensitive?

A given price move represents a larger fraction of margin as leverage rises, so liquidation can be reached faster.
