Does it require multiple sheets?

A single worksheet also works and produces a ZIP containing one XLSX.

Are formulas preserved?

SheetJS reads and writes cell data; complex formulas and external links depend on library support.

Is the ZIP uploaded?

No. JSZip creates the Blob locally.
